Pre-Proposal

We analyze your electric bills and facility data using proprietary software to produce a Pre-Engineering Proposal with estimated savings range, project cost, guaranteed minimum savings, and guaranteed maximum payback. This step is completely free.

On-Site Audit

Our engineering team conducts a detailed on-site audit of every major load center, interviewing plant personnel and collecting power quality data with zero impact to your operations. This is followed by off-site engineering design. The result is a final proposal with exact guaranteed savings, fixed price, and payback period, all backed by an AM Best A+ rated insurance company. If we can't meet our guaranteed minimums, the audit fee is refunded. If you proceed, the full audit fee is credited to your project.

Full Installation

Custom-engineered, turnkey installation around your production schedule. Includes all labor, materials, engineering design, 5+ year warranty, and ongoing IPMVP DOE-standard measurement & verification. Our mostly passive technology requires zero employee training and zero workflow changes. We work around your schedule to ensure zero disruption to your operations.
